- Fill out the baptismal registration found at the bottom.
- The next step is to participate in the online preparation. Who should participate? Mom and Dad, and the two godparent candidates.
- Before you start, know that the videos average about 3-4 minutes in length. Each video builds on the other. Please follow them in sequence. Each short video addresses an aspect of preparing you to nourish the baptismal faith of your child or godchild and also the actual baptism ceremony.
- Once you have completed the videos, please fill out the certificate .

Godparents must be confirmed, practicing Catholics at least 16 years of age, and if married, married by a Catholic Priest or Deacon, in the church. You must have a least one Godparent. A Christian Witness is a person practicing any other faint. (They must have been baptized in another denomination. They cannot be a baptized Catholic who is not practicing the Catholic faith.)
